The Centro Antiviolenza in Trento welcomes all UniTrento women - students, researchers, teaching and administrative staff - thanks to an agreement signed by the University and Associazione Coordinamento Donne onlus. The Vice Rector for equality and diversity policies at UniTrento Barbara Poggio will give some more details about this on Wednesday morning. The service will be available twice a month from December at the headquarters of Centro Antiviolenza in Trento in via Dogana, 1. In a private and safe place, women will be welcomed by two staff members of the Centre and will have the opportunity to tell their experience, in the family, social life or within university facilities, and to receive information and discuss together how to get out of the situation of violence. This is one of the actions that demonstrate the commitment of the University to a culture of equity and inclusion and against discrimination and gender inequality, taking advantage of research, the ability to analyse and interpret data, the expertise of professionals who can contribute to positive change.
